By using Fenropay, you’re agreeing to these terms. Read the parts that matter — what Fenropay can and can’t do with your Stripe account is the important one.
Fenropay reads failed-payment and cancellation data from your Stripe account (via a restricted key you create and control), sends recovery emails on your behalf, runs an exit-survey widget, and optionally negotiates to save a cancelling customer using Fenropay AI. You choose what it does; nothing runs without your setup.
If you enable it, Fenropay AI may offer a discount to a cancelling customer, bounded by a floor you set as a percentage of that customer’s own price — it is enforced in our code and cannot be overridden by the AI. You can require approval on every deal, or let it finalize automatically. You’re responsible for the discount terms you configure (floor, term length, frequency).
Plans are priced against your tracked MRR (summed across every business you connect). You’re responsible for upgrading if you cross your plan’s limit — recovery keeps running while you’re over, but continuing to rely on it at that point is on you. You can cancel your Fenropay subscription at any time from your account page.
We don’t offer refunds for partial billing periods — if you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, then move to Free automatically; no charge for the next period. If you believe you were charged in error, or you want to dispute a charge, contact support@fenropay.com before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues are resolved faster that way, and we’ll make it right directly where we’re at fault.
Don’t use Fenropay to contact anyone who isn’t your own paying customer, to send anything other than legitimate payment-recovery or cancellation communication, or to connect a Stripe account you don’t have the right to connect.
Fenropay is provided as-is. We work to keep dunning emails, recovery detection, and negotiation accurate, but we don’t guarantee any specific amount of revenue recovered, any particular email deliverability outcome, or that Fenropay AI will always behave exactly as configured — the floor enforcement is guaranteed; the negotiation content itself is generated and can be imperfect.
To the extent permitted by law, Fenropay isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost revenue — arising from use of the product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Fenropay and disconnect your Stripe account at any time. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm its own customers.
We’ll update the date above when these terms change, and email active founders about material changes.
